Signature Bartending Packages

Start with our Hook Line & Drinker base package, then layer on the No Stress Mixer Package for a fully stocked bar experience.

Base Package

Hook Line & Drinker Package

$400.00 flat
Includes one professional bartender, mobile bar setup, and all bar tools for up to 4 hours of service and up to 100 guests.

1 professional bartender for up to 4 hours of service and up to 100 guests
1 mobile bar, if needed (linen included)
1 large cooler for storing beer and wine & ice (ice not included)
Complete bar setup: shakers & mixing tins, bottle & wine openers, beverage napkins, stir straws, garnish storage caddy, bar spill mats, bar towels
Unlimited email communication for planning after signed contract is obtained
$2 Million Liquor Liability Insurance included
No additional fees for set up or break down

Upgrade Option

No Stress Mixer Package

$5.00 per person
(+$0.50 per person for each hour beyond the standard 4 hours)

Pricing is in addition to the Hook Line & Drinker package cost.

Includes everything in the Hook Line & Drinker Package, plus all mixers, cups, and garnishes needed for a complete bar experience.

Soda mixers: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Club Soda & Tonic
Juice mixers: Orange, Cranberry & Pineapple
Sour mix, simple syrup, grenadine & bitters
Fresh lemons & limes
Water (in dispenser at bar for bartender to serve; not for table glasses or catering use)

Best for: Hosts who want a truly “no stress” bar where guests can order a full range of cocktails without you sourcing mixers and garnishes.

Staffing & Time

Additional Bartender: $175 (up to 4 hours, required for guest count over 100)
Additional Hours: $75 per bartender / per hour (exceeding the standard 4 hours)
Server / party helper / barback: $50 per helper / per hour
Additional bar setup: $75 (required if cocktail hour is in a different location than reception area)

Cups, Ice & Garnishes

9 oz. Cups Package: $1.00 per person with a $50.00 minimum (up to 100 guests, up to 4 hours; $0.50 per person / per hour over 4 hours)
Ice Package: $1.50 per person (includes cooler storage; ice is for bartender use only, not for table glasses or catering; $50.00 minimum + $0.50 per person / per hour over 4 hours)
Coolers: $15 each
Garnish Package: Limes, lemons, oranges & cherries $1.00 per person with a $50.00 minimum (up to 4 hours; $0.50 per person / per hour over 4 hours)

Bars, Furniture & Decor

White acrylic bar: $200 (delivery fees apply)
Champagne wall: $250 with flutes, $200 without flutes (holds 60 flutes, 2 available; delivery fees apply)
30" round high-top table: $18 (black spandex linen included, 12 available)

Beverage & Comfort Stations

Beverage station: $175 – Sweet OR unsweetened tea & lemonade (up to 4 hours; lemons, sweetener, table, linen & dispensers included). Additional $0.50 per person over 100 guests. Additional $0.50 per person / per hour over 4 hours.
Percolated coffee station: $125 (creamers, sugar, sweetener, cups, coffee stirrers, table & linen included; up to 4 hours). Additional $0.50 per person over 100 guests. Additional $0.50 per person / per hour over 4 hours.
Evaporative cooling unit: $150 (needs power & water source; 5 available, delivery fees apply)
Propane heaters: $150 (2 available, delivery fees apply)

Important Details

Alcohol: Providing alcohol for any event is the sole responsibility of the event host. Hook Line & Drinker provides only the bartending service.

Travel: Travel fees may apply to locations outside of Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.

Gratuity: There is an additional $25 gratuity per bartender per hour. If no tip jar on the bar is requested it will be $50 per Bartender per hour.
